Boommask allows two parties to send SMS messages to each other without having to reveal their identities - a facility which may be essential in sensitive applications. Confidentiality is guaranteed via the 'masking' of each participant's personal details.
Significantly, this means that privacy laws concerning the disclosure of personal information, which have previously precluded communication by email or SMS, are surmounted by Boommask.
At the same time, however, organisations are able to access a complete trail of communication between employees or with customers, fulfilling compliance requirements.
