Boomerang's Microsoft CRM 2011 plug-In enables unparalleled interaction with ANY mobile device

Boomerang's new plug-in allows Microsoft CRM users to integrate any mobile phone device into business processes. For instance, appointment management can be fully automated, work order requests can be prioritised intelligently, customer information can be collected more efficiently and interactive marketing campaigns can be more targeted and more spontaneous. Boomerang worked with Optevia to develop an interface which connects its intelligent SMS software with Microsoft Dynamic CRM, making the plug-in an effortless, user-friendly augmentation.

A survey by US company mBlox found that 59% of UK consumers put SMS as their preferred means of being contacted regarding appointment reminders. Boomerang allows companies to automate the time-consuming appointment management and rescheduling process. This results in improved customer experience and reduced communication costs, whilst giving useful real-time feedback on day-to-day operational processes.
