AlfaPeople, a leading Microsoft CRM Independent Software Vendor (ISV), instantly recognised the power of offering two-way SMS functionality within the popular Dynamics CRM solution. The intelligent SMS application embedded within a CRM system enables business to automate workflow and offers tangible return on investment.
AlfaPeople is a key Microsoft Dynamics partner, as well as one of Microsoft's CRM ISVs with more own-developed CRM applications than any other partner. The international organisation's drive to develop additional functionality was what brought Boomerang and AlfaPeople together to deliver a CRM solution suitable for today's increasingly mobile business.
